Maybe I'm fitter than I thought - I just counted my resting heart rate at 53 bpm! Still doesn't make my ten year old jeans fit any better...

Mine was at 56 last time I checked.... god knows why it's so low as I dont do *that* much exercise... maybe my diet/cholesterol levels have something to do with it as I rarely go near fatty foods :)
