Thighmaster?

I detect an undercurrent here - I know we don't know each other that well, but if ranting at a stranger would help, please do.

*hugs in a vaguely ineffectual manner*

:O)

Thanks - I think I've done more than enough ranting lately...I've just to let things either improve slowly, or just do a large amount of toe treading! Thanks for the offer though :O)

I can say one thing - don't get involved with a flatmate! Wah!

Oh, it's completely impossible.
You must have had very mellow parents if you didn't figure that one out as a teenager.

I really think a clean break would be best. So long as you keep sort-of giving in to what she wants she's going to continue hoping that you'll change your mind, and that's awful for her as well as for you.
An absolutely final break would be painful for her in the short term, but then she'd have a chance to get over you once she was sure it was really over.

I already know this - it just seems too big a thing to do right now, especially as I very much like where I am!

It's better for me to wait and see where I might end up in the next few months I think...

Well, hugs and stuff.
You know where I am if tea and the company of rioting small children appeals to you.

Oh, and judging by your usernames over the last couple of days it appears that you need a cold shower... :o)

Thanks :O)

It's all this hot weather you know!

Yes, our D&D games tend to be a bit slow in this weather as all the guys sit in the big window bay looking out at passers-by instead of concentrating on the game...

You wanna meet up for coffee/tea/sympathy one weekend, let me know. I suddenly have a lot of time on my hands :)

I could even see if the Bard at Breakfast will do Tea instead of coffee...

Sounds cool! I've no plans this Sunday :O)

Assuming tea instead of coffee is doable, I was thinking 'bout booking the tickets... Do you have ID to get in as a concession, or are a full price payer?!

I do have a student card :O)

Cheers!
