I think I had my quarterly bout of depression this morning, made worse by it being Monday, and my being at work. I'm just vaguely fractious now. Anybody want to borrow my parents for a couple of years while I piss around, try and study some more, and generally not do what they really would like me to do just now and get a bloody job?!
I want strange and interesting dreams. That I can remember.

I suggest strong cheese and hot milk late at night after sleep deprivation.

Hmmm...trouble is I need to sleep normally, otherwise I'll be sodding miserable at work all the time, able to do even less than I do now...

fair point, but I think the sleep is ok. Just fucks up the dreams. Something to do with lactose in the brain.

Most of my dreams are weird..... none of them really make any sense. Perhaps you can't remember your dreams because you sleep too much. Dreams are only remembered if you wake up during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep... you must sleep right through this stage which is why you cant remember your dreams. Try napping after work. That way you won't be so tired at night... and you might wake up earlier than usual (hopefully during REM sleep).. it's worth a try I reckon!!

well I do dream, and I find that I get enough sleep, so I do often wake up during dreams, but they're rarely particularly vivid or interesting, so I don't remember them much! I think my mind wastes it's surreality while I'm awake!
