(no subject)

I noticed, just last night, that the melody from Coldplay's "Talk" is identical to a melody from Kraftwerk's number one single "Computer Love". The melody's not as intrinsic to the Kraftwerk song (and acts mainly as an outtro), but still, this is quite impressive thievery! If you want a listen, grab the Kraftwerk song and listen from about five minutes in.

I also noticed that Snoop Dogg looks more and more like Dodgy Hippy (Mike from the old days of the Holyrood, I know a few of you will know). I think it's the dodgy facial hair and headwear that does it...

The Coldplay Talk/Kraftwerk thing - were you listening to it on BBC 6music earlier? Because I was half listening to something that sounded a bit like Kraftwerk doing a cover of something that had been in the charts in the past few years (that is how much I was paying attention)..

Snoop Dogg has his own shoe range called Snoopadoopa.

Nah, it just came on Winamp randomly, and I didn't really pay attention until the tune struck me! It's actually the first time I'd heard it all the way through, I normally skip it.
