there have been better images than alan rickman covered in white stuff :O

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 01:42 pm (UTC)(link)
It could have been much worse!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:00 pm (UTC)(link)
and i request punk anyway :D

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:38 pm (UTC)(link)
I'll maybe take Slayer's punk covers album...or possibly Dead Kennedys.

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:42 pm (UTC)(link)
dead kennedys dead kennedys, not slayer!

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Have you heard Slayer's punk stuff? It's pretty intense!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:47 pm (UTC)(link)
urgh. dead kennedys. new year is not the time for intense punk :P

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 02:21 pm (UTC)(link)
I just can't cope with the namby-pamby stuff, I like it nasty and not emo!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 09:22 am (UTC)(link)
if it's too intense it'sn ot punk anymore, it's hardcore. thats not punk. dead kennedys are punk and are def not emo. dunno where you got that from!

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 01:56 pm (UTC)(link)
I never said DK was emo! And as for hardcore, I quite like Biohazard, Helmet, Pro-Pain, that sort of thing, but it can get a bit samey. Suppose when punk gets extreme, it depends how quick it is, cos speed hardcore I would say is often difficult to distinguish from thrash.

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 02:38 pm (UTC)(link)
i think it's a bit samey too. the exploited when playing live - it's hard to distinguish between most of their stuff, esp to a pissed brain.

where on earth did you get emo from then?you def came up with that for some reason?

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 03:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Emo to me is akin to soft, pop-friendly American punk, the other end of the spectrum from The Exploited!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 05:06 pm (UTC)(link)
so what made you think of that? :s

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 10:18 pm (UTC)(link)
You said that new year's not a time for intense punk!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
it's not. but never is there a time for emo! i'm disgusted :P

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2008-01-02 11:01 am (UTC)(link)
We can agree on that at least :o)

[identity profile] luckylove.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 01:56 pm (UTC)(link)
mmm, Alan Rickman covered in icing sugar. I'm in heaven.
:P

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:04 pm (UTC)(link)
that's much nicer than the substance i thought of!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:43 pm (UTC)(link)
thats why i thought it was a bit 'eww' to be honest. even the most lovely human being in existence covered in spaff needs a good wash.

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:43 pm (UTC)(link)
I was of course thinking of snow!

[identity profile] likeneontubing.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:47 pm (UTC)(link)
of course *whistles*

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 02:39 pm (UTC)(link)
My Christmas present to you :op

[identity profile] luckylove.livejournal.com 2007-12-30 04:34 pm (UTC)(link)
*squee*
Thanks!

Please can you play anything by Mortiis, Del Amitri or Justin Timberlake? That may sound like a joke but I is actually serious!

[identity profile] cheekbones3.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 02:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm, interesting ideas. I have almost nothing by those three (in fact, I only have anything by Timberlake that's got to number one), but if I get time this afternoon I'll stick a couple of tracks on a CD for later use.
