Well last night was nice...new bedsheets after hot shower means nice sleep for Ian.

I went running as usual, but unfortunately, my injuries got the better of my this time...my hip has been sore for a few weeks, and to compensate, I've altered the way I move my knee, so the knee has been hurting, but last night, the knee just got too bad and I had to give up after twenty minutes...will have to give myself a week off, and do some extra cycling instead...bloody annoying because I'm feeling very fit at the moment, and I'm getting pretty quick...got a day of coursework coming up, followed by a night of free booze. Oh god...if you see me posting late tonight, don't expect lucidity. Not anything logical anyway...

Just a thought as well...anyone hear that Edwin Starr died? The man who originally did "War"! Ah, a wonderful moral dilemma for the radio stations!
