(no subject)

Well that was a fun weekend - Friday went down to Leeds in the afternoon, out to my Dad's then back into town to see Leeds beat Warrington (!) in a poor but enjoyable game. Saturday, got out of bed eventually, went and did some shopping, bought some CD's and jeans, and then went down to Dewsbury for some booze. The Old Turk was virtually empty, only opens on weekends and didn't have much beer, but at least it was open again. How ten years changes things...At least the Squash Club seems to be thriving with its good mix of old, older and new metal - enough to keep everyone (even me!) pretty happy. Came back today into the warmth and niceness of an hour's worth of the Beltane picnic, then went and snuggled for a while. Now back to the drudge of washing and ironing for the working week *sigh*
