Well, working a nine-hour day wasn't what I needed after I didn't get much more sleep than that over the weekend, but I don't really mind when I'm actually busy and searching through endless overcomplicated spreadsheets, strangely enough!

Feeling very tubby though, and lacking the motivation to actually get out for a run tonight. Ach well - I'll keep throwing these weights around while I'm sat here.

Realised today that I don't have more than a couple of free nights until mid-December! Very pleasing :O)
