Happy Solstice! We're now into summer, and therefore the days are getting shorter :P

Also, to keep up the theme of recent amusement about accidents, I went flat on my face yesterday while running down the street so now have a huge bruise on my knee. Luckily it was a smooth bit of pavement, so I didn't rip my hands and chest to pieces too...

The hit of adrenaline was almost painful though!
