Ooh bugger me we're going to be bloody freezing by Thursday. Not nice freezing like the last few days, but sodding arctic winds, and if the fronts amount to anything, snow. This is only four days advance forecast, but it looks surprisingly probable...

Had a really nice day yesterday with a bunch of old uni mates whom I've seen in years really. Apart from sharmaya anyway. I do sometimes wonder if I'm much cruder than they're used to: I often seem to surprise them with how erm...low my humour can stoop I think, or maybe they just forgotten after all this time! Not too hungover either. Did mean I got an attack of the nostalgias as I walked home, but then that sort of thing always hits me hard. I could easily live in the past if it was at all useful.

So the Aussies stuffed us again last night, so we won't be reaching the Tri-Nations final next week. After that game, now between Australia and New Zealand, I greatly look forward to the new season, which will begin in the depths of February I believe.

Anyway, nothing much else to report. I shall maybe try to make myself useful for the afternoon.
