Yes, it is indeed snowing, even here in Edinburgh as forecast. Hannah, I may well be joining you in Holyrood Park tomorrow if the conditions permit!

Nice night last night. Went to the pub and nattered to [livejournal.com profile] nickys and various other peeps, whom I know various amounts, but LJ names are more of a chore. Then went along to Fimbulvetr, read for a while, and then dozed in the corner for the last hour or so, took a fiver out of the quiz machine then went home and slept blissfully until woekn by the cricket commentary. Bliss!

Today, I've just eaten three fried egg sarnies (never had them before, bit greasy, but I couldn't be bothered scrambling poaching or boiling them), and I'm now planning to go watch the end of Grand Prix qualifying at an amenable hostelry (aka [livejournal.com profile] dee_'s place, if she's out of bed!).

Will find about about recent job interview on Monday too, although since I've not already found out, I'm a little paranoid.

Plans for tonight? None at all, although I've not played much poker lately, and I also have numerous DVDs to watch...

Thanks for reading folks, and catch you next time for the latest thrilling instalment in "Ian's Life!".

EDIT: Bah, thwarted! [livejournal.com profile] dee_ is actually at her boyfriend's flat. Eeeeeewwww *points*! She'd better be in tomorrow for the race however!

Aye caramba it's going to be bloody nasty weather! Windy as buggery, and lots of snow in various places, although I fully expect not to see more than the picturesque flaking we had this afternoon in Edinburgh. Much joyous bicycling is anticipated.
