Lovely but tiring weekend camping with Earth Point out in Dumfriesshire (Tom's "garden", Sana if you're reading this I'm sure you'll know the place!) in a disused sandstone quarry. Was very wet and muddy (appropriate), but also very relaxing too, and I've never drunk so much whisky/mead and still been sober (as far as I could tell). Travel sickness was the only downer, and a cold night in the tent in a damp sleeping bag was tough, but we managed. All in all, a great and relaxing time, and I think we all enjoyed being together.

Slept like a baby last night, and taking the day off work today was a very good idea!

(no subject)

Tomorrow will be my (and the pub's) first ever smoke-free quiz in the Auld Hoose. Would be nice to see a lot of you there, safe in the knowledge that the only smell you'll pick up will be that from the arses of the Guinness drinkers.

EDIT: Turns out that I won't be there, have been given the night off. Hope you all enjoy it anyway!
