(no subject)

Nothing much to say about much apart from the absurdity of 47 degree temperatures in Italy. I don't want to go on holiday to a boot-shaped oven! Even if it is full of pasta and Italian girls. Which I of course won't look at ;o)

Oh, I ran a 5km race this evening, in 23:08 or thereabouts. Considering my time of 55mins for the 10k a coule of months ago, I'd say I'm getting my running fitness back pretty well, although I think I've unbalanced the muscle again in my right leg - before there was too little meaning my hip got very sore, now my knee hurts on that side instead. Must get a physio referral...

And so to bed forthwith before I spout any more wordage.
