Bloody great night last night - saw Leeds win the Championship for the second time in my life by beating St.Helens 33-6. There were a few of us Edinuburgh exiles in Walkabout making some good noise, then I went to watch Black Sheep, which is very silly and highly recommended, and not only for the huge cock scene :o)

Whew, very tired after a day playing my first games of korfball (not to mention bouncing around after Leeds's success in the rugby last night). Korfball is quite like netball, except it brings in elements of basketball (close marking, anyone can shoot) and is mixed, so it's quite interesting and fun to play. We (Edinburgh Mavericks) beat Edinburgh Uni 2 and Edinburgh City, which is pretty good considering we had another two debutants beside me at least!

In other news, I put a shelf up yesterday. Also attempted putting a coat rack up, but this was scuppered by a stone in the mortar that threw the drill off. Tomorrow I buy a popular brand of hole-filling substance.
