Whew

Well, that was a tiring weekend. The korfball tournament went well - guesting for Glasgow, we surprisingly topped our group, even beating the Dutch team and (even more surprisingly) guaranteeing ourselves to be the only Scottish team in the top eight. Lost the quarter final unfortunately to another Dutch team, although only on penalties after drawing 5-5, and today we got beat by Birmingham and Leeds to finish eighth, but that's still pretty bloody good!

I do think it was unfair having us ceilidh dance on the evening too - obviously five matches weren't enough! Well over a hundred people ceilidhing on a small dancefloor was as chaotic as you'd imagine, but I didn't see any injuries. It did take my shirt the rest of the evening to dry however...

Right now, I'm wishing I had a bath, and will probably go to bed in about an hour!
