I don't often post stuff about football, but picture number one here is one of the best pictures of a sports incident that I've seen in many a long time. The red card for the man being dismissed, the reactions of the other players in shot, the physio arriving at speed, and the man lying on the ground with his barely-attached lower leg almost completely hidden, but showing enough to infer the the foot is definitely is the wrong place relative to the part of the leg he's holding.

EDIT: Having now seen a still of his leg just after the tackle, I can confidently say that it's a clean break of both bones just above the ankle - the photo shows the foot still in place, while the leg has moved about six inches to the right...

In other news, we were talking at a party the other week about the idea of Mars Bar parties. It was surmised that these things are an urban myth from the north of England, so, loyal readers, it's over to you:
