Well I won £30 on the horses today - a bit poor considering I'd won over £70 in the last two years, and even worse that I'd spent £30 in bets anyway! So I broke even - my banker came in fourth at 20-1 to save me - got second too but only had it to win, other ones came 8th and got pulled up. That's all for this year's horsie betting - back to real life!

Well at least you didn't lose money! The best I've heard is someone getting home wankered and placing a bet at 4 in the morning...then going on to win £200!
