To the person who chained their bike up through my frame, meaning I can't sodding use mine until you move it, you are a tit!

I don't think it is anyone here, but I needed to say this somewhere :OP

Now to write a snotty note to be attached to the bike, or possibly to the person's forehead if I happen to meet them!

It's only a combination lock, but I'm not going to resort to those measures for the moment. If nothing's changed by Sunday, I may reconsider...

In Tim's stairwell some genius decided that one of the hottest days in the summer was a good time to chain their bike to our barbecue and ws quite indignant when asked to remove it...
