Jan. 5th, 2007 04:48 pmIt looks as if (although it's a bit blurry ahaha) that I'm slightly long-sighted. This means I get to wear glasses and look down my nose at people when they talk to me, in a scholarly way!
Poker tonight, the more-often than monthly cheaper and low-standard game, which is usually a good laugh. Can't be arsed though after playing footy, think it's the bus for me!

Date: 2007-01-05 06:35 pm (UTC)I thought I had Superman-quality vision for life until the optician explained otherwise to me a couple of years ago. My eyes are like yours but the other way round. While initially crushed, I've grown to quite like my specs. I use them for reading and VDU work and quite enjoy their theatrical aspects as you describe. Taking them off and gesturing with them is good too.
