I need a room (I think!)

Right then, it's hit crunch time where I need to find somewhere to stay for a while until a more permanent solution occurs. On that note, does anyone know of a room that is free for even just the next couple of months? I just need somewhere informal that has a bit of storage space or even the bare minimum, enough space in which to place a desk and single bed. Furniture I can dump elsewhere for the moment.

Details - I'm looking for a room that's free mainly in July, although a bit earlier could be helpful, and a bit later might be necessary too. Can anyone help? I could even roomsit for someone working away over the summer. Your ideas welcome!

In other news, I finally remembered to listen to Mark Kermode's FiveLive podcast regarding that pirate film, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm glad I never bothered seeing the second of the series...

Mark thinks he has a room that will be available. He'll know for sure in a couple of days. We'll need a day or so to recover from the journey. How about we sort something out at the pub quiz? Will that be too late?
