Well that's certainly the coldest November weather I remember, down to -6C in Edinburgh last night. I don't thinkl it made it above freezing for more than a couple of hours in the afternoon yesterday, as my frozen-from-cycling face can attest.

As for today, the First Minister has given us (and maybe his cheek pouches) the day off, what a lovely man. I celebrated by generously helping the Scottish economy.

Ohh! My boss couldn't work out why she had "holiday" today on her calender, and I suggested St Andrew's day but they all just laughed at me.

Also, yes. Brrr! There was a pair of frozen underpants on the back of my truck this morning.
