hmmm...time for a quiet night in. I've got a Reiki I attunement over the weekend, so maybe I should be well slept...I don't know what to expect, whether it will work for me, and what difference it will make if it does! We shall see. Anyone else got any experiences in this area?

I know of reiki and I know a reiki practitioner online at tarotdeck but havent actually had reiki healing done on myself. I am looking at doing training in reiki sometime next year so will be interested to hear how you got on.
