Both Yahoo! and MSN are doing things to their protocols which affect third party programs - I think Yahoo! kicked in on the 24th, MSN is due to kick in on October 15th IIRC.

I suggest going and downloading the patch, or the new version of Trillian.

Mine was fine yesterday, but I did a clean install from the latest version.

Talking to someone on Jabber at the mo, when I'm done I'll check it. I bet it's something to do with the protocol changes, though.

Probably - I downloaded the patches no problem at all at the weekend, but it went funny last night for the first time - I had no problem without the patches by the way!

I ran the trillian patch last night, and now trillian throws a strop if I try to get it to log me in to yahoo, but it's okay if i just allow it to claim my password is wrong (which it isn't).
