cheekbones3Not presenting the quiz tonight. Might come along and have a go at it myself!
Saw a physio too - now have exercises to do to strengthen the muscles around my right hip, which are apprently weak. He pulled my leg out too, because it was too high :O) Next will be to get me to use my abs better...
