Welcome back me. Hope I've not missed any excitement, but I can't be arsed scrolling abck through 200 entries on my friends page. For the record, Leeds are now World Club Champions after winning on Friday, and I can't wait for the start of Super League next weekend. Apparently Hull have sold out their stadium for the opener against us already...that will be a baptism of fire, as I can testify having never won a game against a Hull team away from home in my whole career. That record did cost us the Yorkshire Cup, and should have cost us the National League had our nearest rivals not lost on the same night.

I was going to post many and varied things about such as how people always seem to think that freestyle is the name of a swimming stroke, and that Yorkshire smells much better than Edinburgh when the wind's not coming from the direction of the farms that have just been spreading shit, but I'll save that till another time and give the the outstanding answers to my lyrics teasers before doing some ironing.

2. When you see your ship come sailing, when you feel your heart is breaking. This is Hold on Tight - ELO, one of my favourite songs.
4. Tonight's the night - dance with me, I wanna be with you. Altern 8 - Activ-8...how did you not get this?!
5. Coffee and toast you're back from the dead. Fuzzbox - Pink Sunshine

Byeee.

Used to be a singer. I was in a sad rave band many years ago, and we did a lot of the big raves and festivals.

My shamfeful past is now out in the open!!

Anyone I might have heard of?

Prolly not.

We were called TTF (The Time Frequency). This was around 1991/92ish.

We did have a Scottish number 1, a national number 11, and an appearance on TOPT though!!

Of course I heard of you! That's quite impressive :O)

I've a feeling you were on Rave 92, although I can't confirm that right now...

It appears that you had seven hits including one top ten, between '92 and '94, with a re-mix hitting the charts in 2002. No songs that I was that into though - I was more into metal by that stage.

I was indeed!

I had long blonde hair and a very fetching line in lycra catsuits at the time! Did you see TTF live anywhere? I was with them for about 18 months after Mary Kiani left the first time. She rejoined briefly after I left.

I wouldn't imagine there are any/many photos - I certainly don't have any. There are very few mentions of me either - the main guy in the group, Jon, didn't like anyone stealing his thunder, so wasn't keen to credit me on anything.

He has referred to me in some interviews though. There are some videos too, including one that was filmed specially but then never released.

I was a total metaller whilst I was in the band!!

That's a shame. Excellent claim to fame though!

Did like the change of music but could only last so long before getting a taxi back to The Mission, they didn't sell beer and I wasn't really into drugs, boring old bint that I am :-P

Ooops, I've started waffling, so I'll stop now.

Not sure - we did play at Ingliston, but I can't remember if it was Rezzurection or not (it all kind of merges into one for me now!)

I always preferred The Mission - I found it pretty trying having to spend so much time at raves, around E-heads, when I'm not into drugs myself.

I'm a boring old bint too!
