I think I know how asthmatics feel now. After cycling home from work, I had to spend half-an-hour gasping for *very painful* breath, due to the annoying thoracic damage that seems to have occured sometime earlier in the week when I wasn't looking. Do diaphragms develop holes for no reason?!
