Had one of those moments of realising the absurdity of being last night, halfway through reading out a question in the quiz. Sort of just had the thought of "what is the greater purpose of me making these relatively loud noises at this groupo of people?". Happens now and again, but by the time I'd got the question read, I'd moved back to a more normal plane of thought.

Hmm...I suppose that is one of the more apparently absurd situations we can often be in :) I usually find that I'm concentrating on more earthly matters at those times though!
