Well, 2005 then. A year of stagnation career-wise, but I've made good inroads into my previous problems with opening up to people, and I feel a lot closer to folk than ever before. Whether those people want me so close is another matter, but I don't usually get too smelly :) Had good practice at being in a relationship too (managed to get my head round it mostly), which is a great help, and bunnyphone has been very patient!

Had a lot of time to develop my poker skills too, and this project is progressinw well, with enough money coming in in the last couple of months to keep the rent under control. Just invested in another book, and hopefully will get good enough to actually be able to have something approaching an expected income from it.


Failed in my attempt to read my height in books, although I did read a reasonable amount of stuff, and have a queue of quality books waiting to be devoured.

Family is generally okay, although could have been better in one major area. Nothing that's not being solved.

Can't think of much else apart from to send best wishes to you all, especially those of you that have spent time listening to my existential wibbling from time to time, and I look forward to being even better friends with you bunch, and to become good friends with more of you, as I sadly neglect many personal relationships. Feel free to give me a kick up the arse if you think I need it!

I have very little idea about what 2006 might bring, but I trust it will be an emotional time!
