cheekbones3Having a low confidence day today, so instead of visiting people (paranoid about being uninvited), I'm going to cycle up to the shop instead to get some grub. Still going to pub later though.
At least I got out to try to run, which felt fine until my knee got bored and started complaining after eleven minutes. Best rest it more then. Better than last time though!
