No, because becoming a vampire makes you sterile, otherwise there'd be little vampires everywhere... Also because vamps can't get ill and heal really fast :-)

Anne Rice or Brian whatever knows not. Vamps are dead; they can't have life inside them. I think in these modern moral times, the ethics of a vegan vampire is much more problematic.
