custard creams are just double biscuits (or cookies to you!) stuck together with a custard flavoured filling! Very nice...and Jamaica ginger cake is a sticky ginger cake basically! I'm feeling very porky right now...
If I ever bake anything, it has to be either chocolate, or smothered in butter icing. Mind you, it's been about two years since I baked anything! It's a chore enough me trying to keep stocked up on normal food!
