I really like people, even though they often puzzle me. I just don't seem to be making much effort to interact at the moment with the ones I already know, apart from a select few. It must be a function of working full-time again, combined with being really busy with Beltane and quizzes, and I suppose having my people energy sucked away by all the new people I'm meeting via Beltane.

It does make me sad because I want to see more people, and guilty for neglecting them, but then I really only have so much energy, so I'll just have to re-assess things in May when things have calmed down a little.

In other news...I can't remember!

Anyway, don't feel guilty for neglecting people. I've come to realise it doesn't actually acheive much, because then you end up feeling like you're seeing your friends because you have to, rather than want to.

But, yeah, I feel very neglected, living here in a different country. You should come visit again sometime - when my exams are over and done with, etc. *nods*

Welllll, the exams finish just after Easter, but then I've got a few weekends booked up, including a girlie Eurovision and so on. I'll get back to you, soon, and we can figure our when the best time is! Hurrah!

Here is a photo of the Tom I'm thinking of. But then, I don't remember there being more than one in the drama group! Tom's lovely. I don't see him often, usually just bump into him on the bus to or from Edinburgh ;)

sometimes when you've got so much stuff on it just gets a bit impossible, and between the manicness you want *you* time...

for me it's not the actual going to meet people that's knackering, more the arranging to do it.

I've got so much work on, arranging to do anything specific within that framework makes me panic a bit, as it's not flexible enough to work as and when I need to. Which make me feel really crappy, as I just don't end up seeing people.

I'd really like to see people more and worry I'm not making enough effort too :S

Ah, it's pretty good fun. We just had our weekend away, and got rather muddy and drank lots! I'm pretty pleased with it all at the moment. We just need to really get on with our preparations from this point on!

I know exactly how you feel *hugs* What with the new flat & Beltane & full time job, work course with exam & everything else that life throws at me, the only people I come into any contact with at the mo are other white women & folk wonderful enough to help paint the flat. I do love it all, it's just exhausting & I feel a crap friend to everyone else *sighs* Just keep looking forward to the peace & quiet May will offer & the chance to catch up. Plus remember that you're definitely not the only one who feels just like you right now :-)
