Since when did people become so bloody stupid that it's necessary to have a large written sign underneath a road sign to explain what it means? For fuck's sake, I know the council likes wasting money, but roadside tautology for pillocks is taking it too far.

Me want sleep (or at least a nice (long) sit down and a cup of tea). Willing to buy from someone with a surplus.

It was "Give Priority to vehicles coming in opposite direction", or words to that effect.
