YouGov supply surveys to national newspapers, and as such send out requests for members to complete surveys usually 5-10 times per month. These surveys almost always have a prize draw entry as incentive to take part, and often have a payment of 50p for each time you do one. I've earnt over £20 now. I was away between April and November, and I'd only been a member since March, however. I am now doing every one I can lay my hands on!
