I hate phone queueing systems
Sep. 1st, 2007 07:33 pmDoes anyone have any tips on getting through to BT and sorting out broadband stuff without going through the number 0800 800 150? This number, it appears, means queueing for at least an hour then getting cut off. I go through to other numbers, they then maybe sort some other extraneous problem, but then have to pass me into this damned queue again ("oh it's not too busy, you won't be waiting long"). Fucking waaaaank. So that'll be my Sunday morning gone when I get up to call them as they open, unless you my friends can suggest anything better!
As for trying the website: Ha!
In other news, I had a successful Fringe, where 50% of the shows I went to won the (not)Perrier Award, and 100% of them were very enjoyable. Had a lovely day walking in the Pentlands with
