After looking again, it's not the case that I'll get two Muse DVDs, so my previous kind offer has been withdrawn!

Anyone got any decent ideas for cold snacks that I can have for lunch that don't involve bread? I just can't think of anything that I can just grab that's as easy or as nice as a sandwich. It's a bit of a bugger, and I'm really missing bread, although my lower intestine is much happier...

Hmm, I'd still have to cook that and make stuff to go with it wouldn't I? I just don't think there is anything as easy as a sarnie!

You can get it ready made from the salad bit in most supermarkets, it's good :). I know what you mean about sandwiches though!

I'm never going to spend money on ready-made stuff though, the supermarkets are rich enough :o)

Tesco do nice sushi packs - veggie or fish and reasonably priced. Also, try seeded ryvita with assorted toppings. I've been having lemon and corriander humous with cucumber, it's loverleeeeee :)

Eat stir fry the night before... and make slightly too much so there is enough left over for lunch.

Or, in fact, do that with pretty much any food. Cold meatballs and rice is DELICIOUS.

Trouble is I'm a fatty, and we have a dog :O)

Might work though if I think on...

Just bought some crackers to test. Not sure if wheat is the problem, doctor says not!
