I really don't know why I listen to Steve Wright sometimes. Desperation probably. I was feeling pleasantly surprised that he was playing a requested song that I've never heard on the radio (Dream On by Aerosmith from about 1974), and he's either just a mince DJ or never bothered to listen to the song before he played it as he cut it off about two-thirds of the way through, annoyingly before the song had had chance to reach its crescendo.

All this no doubt so he could squeeze in another ten minutes of inane banter with the studio posse (or whatever they're called nowadays). Bah.
