So last night, I went out for a run (I'm in training for the Edinburgh 10k run you know(!)), and it got blacker and blacker...by the time I got down to the bottom of Blackford Hill, it was that wonderful hot, dead calm where all was silent (apart from my wheezing), and all was stuffy and hot and stuff. Then the skies opened and drenched me completely :O) I got up to the Meadows, ,and the rain was still pelting down, the roads were rivers, and there were a few other poor sods out running too. I was the only one with my shirt off enjoing it properly though. Then I went and played cards at an old flat of mine for three hours, and got fed savoury pancakes. Very nice!
Had a good night Monday too-I was naughty though and had a couple of pints...tut tut. Anyway, back to the e-mails...

With a few months' saving, you could get here and enjoy some fine beer! Why don't you try and get on a uni course or something?

i'm no longer at uni. i graduated a few years back. now i get to partake in "the real world". this is why i'll go back to school next year.

plus i have 2 cats, who wouldn't have a home if i were to go overseas for longer than a week.

I meant you could do a masters or something, ,but if you have cats then that's fair enough!
