Well I got through my Reiki weekend, and now have attained level I...it was very nice and wonderfully relaxing, but the best part was when I happened to mention that my throat chakra was screwed up (as it's where I store up a good percentage of my insecurity etc etc), and a couple of the advanced supervisory people had a go at it. Ensue a wonderful feeling of relief/release, an hour or so or maybe more of random laughing, and a semi-orgasmic tingling feeling for quite a while, reminiscent of unfulfilled oral sex :O) I was told that a lot of the shitty energy/karma/baggage had been removed, and it now feels very strange, like I have a tracheotomy! I've just got to keep it open, and not start picking up that baggage again. Must be myself! I highly recommend it!

It it certainly is worth it, although I think I was lucky to have the extra help which made me feel so good!
