Well I've had an eventful morning...took a long shower to remove post-beltane face-paint, cycled to uni, fell off and now have a lovely bruise on my knee. At least it was wet, otherwise I probably wouldn't have any skin left on my hands. Decided to limp home, and the shock of the fall gave me lovely bright blue/purple speckles to keep my occupied!

Have treated myself to a nice turkey baguette, and just been to vote. I'm always surprised at how exciting it is to go and vote - I can't help having a big smile while I'm crossing the boxes :O)

Anyway, to relax and read the fifty e-mails I have...might get an ice pack too...
