How did the 5k go?? There's an article about the whole jogscotland idea in this month's Running World, which basically goes on about what a great idea it is, and err, I have nothing interesting to add. But, yeah... how was the race?

Just back now, I did 21:15 which is only 34s short of what I did two years ago, with minimal training, so I'm quite pleased. The official clock was wrong by a minute though, which was a bit strange!

If I was running realistically, it would have taken me two minutes longer at least, but certainly not twice as long! I'll have to drag you out onto the road at some point ;)
